Hello Friends,

I am extending a heart felt invitation to connect with you to support you with your health and wellbeing during these challenging times we are living in by sharing mindfulness and meditation tools, strategies and practices with you.

We are all faced with the unprecedented situation we find ourselves in with the effects of COVID-19. I believe this is a great opportunity for us as human beings to dig deep and evolve to make wise and healthy choices so we can live the full expression of ourselves

and uplift each other.

We can either choose to focus on chaos and fear or we can choose to connect and support one another to serve the awakening of our hearts. What does this situation call forth in you to do? Who do you want to be? What kind of world do you want to live in? What can we create out of this?

We are all aware of the viral contagion. Loving conscious presence is also contagious, as is kindness, compassion, curiosity, creativity and connection.

As a collective, this is our opportunity to PAUSE and practice self awareness by being mindful of our thoughts, the words we speak, what we choose to focus on, who we choose to spend time with and what actions we choose to take.

What we think determines how we feel, our behaviours and reality.

Self awareness empowers us to CHOOSE to RESPOND rather than REACT when the circumstances in life change. Stress, fear and anger compromises our immune system and diminishes us. NOW is the time to take personal responsibility and care for ourselves, each other and Mother Earth. NOW is the time to plant the seeds of self awareness and self love by cultivating mindfulness and meditation and wellbeing practices. Together let's awaken our hearts as we "ride the collective wave" back to being calm and of healthy of mind, body and soul.

I have put together a Be You Living Wellbeing & Mindfulness Toolkit for you to access when you are feeling stressed, experiencing big emotions or when you feel like 'time in to tune in', self soothe and practice self awareness and self love so you can flourish.

I will be sharing an item from the toolkit each week in 'Resources' on the Be You Living website in the coming weeks and will be adding to these resources moving forward.
