Be You Living support schools who are looking for ways to promote student wellbeing through Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). The Victorian Government's School policy and Advisory Guide provides strategies on how schools can implement effective implementation of SEL into their schools.
We offer 3 ways for pre-school, primary and secondary schools to access our programs which integrate evidence based tools for emotional, social and mental wellbeing: Incursions, After School programs and In School programs.

Incursions
A short incursion delivered by Be You Living is a wonderful way to introduce your students or community to the power of mindfulness, meditation or mindfulness based art.
BYL Mindfulness-Based Art
This mindfulness-based art class is designed for children to freely explore their creativity. In a safe and nurturing environment they learn to listen, trust, respond and take risks while creating art. Children learn to inhabit their feelings and explore their inner and outer worlds.
45 or 90 minute class

BYL Mindfulness + Meditaiton
Through creative mindfulness and mediation practices and age appropriate activities children learn to be more present and tune into what matters.
They have this precious time to be still in their minds and bodies, allowing space and time make healthy and wise choices as they navigate their lives.

After School Programs
These typically 8-week long programs are run after school, on campus for safe and easy access for students. This is a great way to trial our programs before committing to an in-school approach that is able to be fully integrated with your wellbeing curriculum.

on Monday's and Thursday's at 3.15pm to 5.00pm.
