Who are online sessions for?
I look forward to welcoming new clients and any existing to this new experience. My services are beneficial for both adults and children from pre-school age.

What can I expect in an online session?
Private 1:1 sessions for children or adults are customised based on each client's needs and can incorporate holistic counselling, positive psychology, mindfulness/mindfulness-based art and meditation.
Holistic Counselling is a type of counselling which focuses on the person in their whole experience. The approach considers both the psychological and physiological as it views the mind, body and spirit as an interconnected whole.

I also incorporate relevant mindfulness and meditation practices into each session. Sessions may also be exclusively based on mindfulness or meditation. Please advise what you are looking for upon booking.

How should I prepare for a session?
Make sure you find a quiet space where you won't be interrupted.
Wear comfy clothes, bring a blanket, pillow and warm drink.
Create an extra special space with some plant cuttings, crystals, candles, essential oils - whatever makes you feel special and relaxed.

I've bought a pack, how long do I have to use it?
Ideally you will use your 5 pack within 6 months of purchase.
