The Art2heart classes offer adults a calm creative space where they can explore their creativity and authentically express themselves.
The Intuitive painting process becomes a personal journey of daring and discovery in painting and in life.

It's aimed at inventing rather than achieving so that painters can experience the freedom of spontaneous self-expression, free from comparison or criticism. These classes are for anyone who wants to strengthen their creative muscles, discover or re-discover their creative passion.

Create time and space to relax and re-connect with your self and others in a BYL Mindfulness and Meditation class.

In a nurturing and non-judgemental space learn mindfulness and meditation practices and life skills to become more present, have improved concentration, handle stress and anxiety, resolve conflicts better, improve sleep and many other benefits.

Holistic Counselling
Available in person or over Zoom

Private 1:1 sessions are based on the Holistic Counselling approach incorporating mindfulness practices and strategies and will be customised to your needs.
Holistic Counselling is a type of counselling which focuses on the person in their whole experience. The approach considers both the psychological and physiological.
Rather than treating the symptoms, Holistic Counselling looks deeper and works towards uncovering underlying causes as it views the mind, body and spirit as an interconnected whole.
