Cancellation Terms

Classes missed by the participant shall be paid for in full unless the cancellation is communicated prior, per below:

​

- Cancellation due to illness needs to be notified to us by email or text before 10.00am on the day of the class and a reimbursement or credit will be made. 

​

- Cancellation due to other commitments must be communicated at least one week in advance by email.

​

- Classes missed with no prior communication are non-refundable.

​

- A maximum of one full class reimbursement will be available for each participant during the course of a program.
