Our programmed thoughts, conditioning and beliefs about ourselves and our place in the world is formed in early childhood. A social mask is formed and we behave according to the program.
Many of us push our authentic selves to the side to fit in and feel accepted and lose connection with who we really are, our true nature, our essence.

Having the courage to be-friend yourself and become curious to learn more about who you are by exploring ways and finding tools that resonate with you to dive deeper into what makes you, YOU is the first step. And I invite you to explore this process.
